There is nothing more powerful than having others watch how you respond to situations.
It's in the moment of crisis, and how you react to that crisis, that shows your true colors.
I've had many moments of crisis in my life, and thru my endurance and strength, I've managed to work through them and come out on the other side.
Now, I'm not saying it's fun to work through a crisis.
At the onset of crisis, I ask myself why! Why me!
But then, after one night's sleep, I'm reenergized to figure out my next steps.
And sometimes it's step after step, since you don't see the light at the end of the tunnel yet.
And yet, with each step, you finally start seeing the light.
And others notice your endurance, your strength to keep moving forward.
So what keeps me going?
It's the fact that I know, I feel that there is light at the other end. It's the knowing that things WILL turn out.
They don't always turn out the way I think they will.
Typically they turn out way better than I ever thought.
It may take days, or it may take years.
Yet, I know that my moments of crisis taught me that I have the determination and endurance to work through this.
And I always learn something new from the experience.
THere are many hidden thoughts that are brought out during a crisis, that allows us to look at them and determine what change we need to make.
So, how do you handle crisis?
And remember, you can be a powerful strength for someone else to make it through their own crisis.
